ISO 9001:2008 – PRIME quality and service confirmed with ISO certification

As of September 2015, PRIME is now certified as an ISO 9001:2008 compliant company. We are one of the few businesses of our type anywhere to achieve this, and this is almost certainly the case in Bahrain.

How PRIME achieved ISO certification

ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, is a global, non-governmental standards-writing body covering almost every industry across business, government and society. Its standards impact almost everyone, everywhere.

To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, PRIME underwent an independent evaluation process which included the development of our Quality Management System (QMS). All aspects of our operations were closely audited and reviewed to ensure we met all the necessary criteria, and once ISO were satisfied, we received our certification on 7th September 2015.

To maintain our certification, independent yearly audits will ensure compliance and assess initiatives for continued improvement. That way, you can be assured that we continue to provide the highest levels of service on a long-term basis.
