Parliament approves VAT for implementation on January 1, 2019

On Sunday 4 October, Bahrain’s Parliament, holding an extraordinary session upon a royal order, approved VAT at the rate of 5% per cent effective from January 1 next year.   Bahrain will be the 3rd country within the GCC to implement the VAT along with the UAE and Saudi Arabia. SSH wins Hasabi Waterfront Development
