Acwa Power’s Al Dur2 IWPP begins operations in Bahrain.

The Al Dur2 IWPP, an Independent Water and Power Project, has begun operating at Haya Power & Desalination Company located in Al Dur, Bahrain. Acwa Power is a leading Saudi developer of power and desalination projects. It will generate power based on Combined Cycle Gas Turbine(CCGT) technology and produce 227,000 cu m/day of desalinated water. To read more click here.
