Bahrain fares well in the annual Agility Emerging Markets Logistics Index.

Bahrain ranked 15th overall in a pool for 50 countries measuring logistical strengths and business fundamentals. The Gulf was shown to offer the best business fundamentals with the most stable business climates – the UAE ranking 1st and Bahrain ranking 7th. China, India and Indonesia ranked the highest for logistics. The results reflect the Gulf countries’ good infrastructure and stable business conditions.  The Index also differentiates between emerging markets which demonstrate resilience and those which are more fragile when faced with adverse environments.
