Bahrain Mall to get its own roof-top solar plant as part of their renovations.

A 6.2 megawatt-peak solar power purchase agreement (PPA) was signed between Majid Al Futtaim and Yellow Door Energy. Majid Al Futtaim is a leading shopping mall and leisure pioneer, and Yellow Door Energy is a leading solar project developer in the region. It will be the first project for Yellow Door Energy who will provide over 11,600 solar panels equating to 50% of the shopping mall’s energy.
