Bahrain to have new Medical City worth $1bn

To be constructed in two phases, with an expected date of completion of end 2019, the hospital is being funded with a grant from Saudi Arabia’s late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.  A total of 29 companies have been prequalified to bid for the construction of the medical city in Bahrain, to be constructed in two phases.
