Bahrain ranks in top 20 for global economies attracting direct investment.

Bahrain climbed 12 positions in the Financial Times’ Greenfield FDI Performance Index 2021 to 15th place from 27th amongst 84 countries. The report considers the size of the economies and the direct investments that were attracted to that country in 2020 which in turn reflects the development, openness and competitive advantage of the business environment of that country.
