Sheikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the oil minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain said that Bahrain Petroleum Co (Bapco), Bahrain’s state-owned company, and the Frances TechnipFMC will sign a $4.2 billion contract for the expansion of the refinery, expected to commence within 50 months.
