e-Government initiatives in Bahrain ensures a second place ranking in the 2020 United Nations e-Government Survey.

Bahrain’s National Suggestions and Complaints System, ‘Tawasul’ and the National Portal, bahrain.bh, contributed to the Kingdom’s high ranking in the E-Participation Index (EPI). It reflects the ability to reach the public through multiple electronic channels through the digitizing of government, judicial and education services, particularly in light of the Caronavirus pandemic.
