Personal Data Protection Authority in Bahrain announces new rules.

New rules have been announced to enhance the protection of personal data in public and private entities in Bahrain. As well as covering the way personal data is processed, the 10 orders issued by the Ministry also cover complaint submission, the confidentiality of data related to criminal proceedings and judgements, and duties of data protection guardians.
