ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, is a global, nongovernmental standards-writing body who has published more than 20,500 International Standards and related documents, covering almost every industry across business, government and society. IOS Standards impact everyone, everywhere.
Becoming ISO 9001:2008 certified shows PRIME’s adherence to our Quality Management System which governs the way we provide our products and services to our Clients. It recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of our company ensure a consistent quality in the products and services we provide at all times.
With this certification, our clients can be confident that PRIME is dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of efficiency and responsiveness in achieving our ultimate goal – guaranteed Client satisfaction.
To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant PRIME underwent an independent evaluation process by Bitrix Consultancy which included the development of our Quality Management System (QMS), a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, followed by corrective actions to eliminate some non-conformance to the Quality Management Standard set by ISO. After correction and closure of all non-conformances, PRIME received our ISO 9001:2008 certificate of registration on September 7, 2015. Our certification is valid until the 6th September, 2018. To maintain our certification, Bitrix Consultancy will perform yearly audits to ensure compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement.
