A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued by Bahrain’s Sustainable Energy Authority (SEA) for a grid-tied solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant that will be installed as car park shades. It will have a minimum capacity of 3MWac and deliver enough energy to power an entire Formula 1 race weekend. The project will help reduce the venue’s carbon footprint and overall energy cost.
