Bahrain has issued a Request for Concept to selected developers for the construction of an IPP Solar Power project at a large landfill site. The aim is to generate 5% of Bahrain’s required energy (255MW) via renewable sources by 2025, reaching 700MW by 2030. Proposals are due by April 11. To read more abou the tender click here.
