Chinamex Middle East Investment & Trade Company will be resonsible for the management of Bahrain’s new China Town which is spread over 115,000 sq m of land at Diyar Al Muharraq islands off Muharraq. Due to open on the 27th December it already has a 95% occupancy of which 10% is made up of local companies. With a mix of wholesale and retail, 60% of the stores sell building materials, lighting fixtures, furniture, electronics, home appliances, children fashion and garments, and there will be a food court ‘Dining Village’ and the ‘Dragon Mall’.
