Bahrain’s National Suggestions and Complaints System, ‘Tawasul’ and the National Portal, bahrain.bh, contributed to the Kingdom’s high ranking in the E-Participation Index (EPI). It reflects the ability to reach the public through multiple electronic channels through the digitizing of government, judicial and education services, particularly in light of the Caronavirus pandemic. The index is published every two years by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA). To read more click here.
