Gulf Air signs up for the trial phase of a digital travel pass.

Bahrain’s national carrier has joined three other Middle Eastern airlines in trialing a digital travel pass to assist the recovery of the aviation industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. The airlines will be working with IATA (International Air Transport Association) to test the mobile e-pass which will store health information for travelers including vaccination records as well as specific country requirements.
