Kooheji have been awarded the main construction contract of the 38,500-sq-m Marassi Boulevard residential building which will be a four building apartment complex in Bahrain’s new Marassi Bahrain development in Muhurraq.
The area will also include the 2 new 5 star hotels, The Address Marassi Al Bahrain and Vida Marassi Al Bahrain, as well as high end shopping and entertainment options.
